What screen printing costs in Alice
Ink color count moves the price more than the shirt count does. Every color is its own screen and its own pass through the press. A two color design on a hundred shirts costs meaningfully less than the same art in five colors, and from ten feet away it usually reads better.
If the budget is tight, cutting a color saves more than cutting shirts.
Team shirts with names and numbers
The front design is screen printed. Names and numbers go on in heat applied vinyl afterward, one shirt at a time. That is why one run can carry forty different backs without burning forty sets of screens, and why a full roster does not cost what people expect it to.
Spirit shirt turnaround for Alice schools
Season start, homecoming, playoffs and graduation land in the same few weeks, and every group in the county wants shirts in that window. A hundred shirts is normally one to two weeks after the art and the size count are both approved. If you have a date to beat, say it at the start and it gets scheduled around.
Shirt pickup and delivery to Alice
Pickup in Falfurrias is what most groups do, and it is a short drive up the highway. On a bigger run, ask about delivery. Say which one you want when the order is placed so it is planned from the start.
Custom shirt design and artwork
Most Alice orders arrive as an idea, a phone photo of last year's shirt, or a logo somebody saved off Facebook years ago. The design side rebuilds it clean before it goes near a screen. No second stop at a graphic designer, and no relaying changes between two shops. You approve a mockup, then it prints.

Common questions
How much does it cost to print custom t-shirts in Alice, TX?
A standard cotton tee with a one color front print runs about $11 each at a hundred pieces. Ink color count moves the price more than the shirt count does, because every color is its own screen and its own pass through the press. Published prices by quantity and color are on the prices page.
How long does a shirt order take for an Alice school or team?
One to two weeks from the day the artwork and the size count are both approved. Season start, homecoming, playoffs and graduation all land in the same few weeks, so a date named up front gets scheduled around.
Do I have to drive to Falfurrias to pick up my shirts?
Pickup in Falfurrias is what most Alice groups do and it is about a forty minute drive. On a bigger run, delivery to Alice can be arranged instead. Say which you want when the order is placed.
Can you put player names and numbers on team shirts?
Yes. The front design is screen printed and names and numbers go on afterward in heat applied vinyl, one shirt at a time, so a full roster does not need a separate set of screens.
